What this covers

This policy explains how Nutoday handles information when you visit nutoday.com, create a workspace, connect social media accounts, or use the Content Calendar, AI Post Studio, Auto Publisher, Social Inbox, Trend Radar, Approval Room and Growth Analytics.

Information we collect

• Workspace details: your name, work email, brand or agency name, role, plan and billing details.
• Connected account data: when you connect Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube or X, we receive the access each platform grants through its official tools, such as page names, published posts, comments, messages and performance metrics.
• Content you create: drafts, captions, images, reel scripts, saved replies, brand voice settings, approval comments and calendar entries.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device and browser type, used to keep the service reliable and improve it.

How we use it

• To schedule and publish the posts you approve, at the times you choose.
• To show comments, DMs and mentions in your Social Inbox and send the replies your team approves.
• To draft posts and replies in your brand voice, based on your past posts and settings.
• To calculate analytics, best posting times and trend suggestions for your accounts.
• To send service emails such as login details, publishing alerts and billing notices.

AI and your content

AI Post Studio and suggested replies create drafts only. A person on your team reviews, edits and approves before anything is published or sent.

Your brand voice profile and content are used to generate drafts for your workspace. We do not use your private content or messages to create drafts for other customers.

When we share data

We never sell your data. We share it only:

• With the social platforms you connect, to publish posts and send replies you approve.
• With service providers that host, secure, email or bill for the service, under contracts that limit their use of the data.
• With people you invite, such as teammates and clients in the Approval Room.
• When required by law or to protect the safety of users and the service.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Platform access tokens are stored encrypted and used only for the actions you enable. Access inside the workspace follows the roles you set.

Your controls

• Disconnect any social account at any time from your workspace or from the platform's own settings.
• Export your posts, calendar and reports.
• Ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you.
• Delete your workspace. Content is removed from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

Your audience's data

Comments, messages and profile details from people who interact with your pages are processed only to show them in your inbox and analytics. You are responsible for how your team uses that information and for following each platform's rules.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect forms from spam. We do not use cookies to sell advertising.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will let workspace owners know by email before they take effect.
