Using Nutoday

By creating a workspace or using Nutoday, you agree to these terms. If you use Nutoday on behalf of a business or client, you confirm you are authorised to bind them to these terms.

Workspaces and connected accounts

• You may connect only social media accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity by people you invite.
• Each platform's own terms continue to apply to accounts you connect.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you create, upload or publish through Nutoday. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for the content you approve, including captions, images, offers and replies, and for having the rights to any music, images or trademarks you use.

AI drafts

AI Post Studio and suggested replies produce drafts that may contain mistakes. Review every draft before you approve it. Only content you approve or schedule is published or sent.

What is not allowed

• Buying or faking followers, likes, comments or views, or joining engagement schemes.
• Spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or misleading or deceptive posts.
• Copying other brands' content, logos or characters, or impersonating anyone.
• Hateful, harassing, illegal or adult content.
• Trying to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.

Plans and billing

• Paid plans are billed per connected social account, monthly or yearly in advance.
• The Creator plan is free for up to 3 accounts and 30 scheduled posts a month.
• Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Availability

We work to keep publishing reliable, including automatic retries and alerts. Social platforms can change their tools or limit access, and some posts may be delayed or fail for reasons outside our control. We will alert you when a post needs attention.

Ending your use

You can cancel or delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend workspaces that break these terms or a platform's rules, and will tell you why where we can.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
