Refund Policy
In short: Try Nutoday free on the Creator plan first. Paid plans can be cancelled any time. First-time yearly purchases can be refunded in full within 14 days.

The Creator plan is free for up to 3 accounts and 30 scheduled posts a month, so you can test the calendar and publishing before paying.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the paid month. We do not refund partial months.
Yearly plans
- First-time yearly purchases can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of payment.
- After 14 days, you can cancel renewal and keep access until the end of the paid year.
Removing accounts
If you disconnect social accounts mid-cycle, your next invoice reflects the new account count. Unused account time in the current cycle is added as credit to your workspace.
Service issues
If a fault on our side stops publishing for more than 24 hours in a billing cycle, tell us and we will credit that period to your workspace.
How to ask for a refund
Send a request through the Brand Desk with your workspace email and invoice details. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
